Eyal is CEO and Co-Founder of healthPrecision and the Medical Brain. This is his third company leveraging proprietary high-precision clinical decision support and clinical automation to positively transform health care. Along with co-founder Sonia Ben Yehuda, Eyal co-founded 2 previous companies: medCPU and PeriGen, formerly E&C Medical Intelligence. Both were successfully used by hundreds of hospitals and their providers to meaningfully improve outcomes, reduce costs of care and improve provider experiences. With the Medical Brain, Dr. Ephrat continues his mission to build a high-precision cockpit for providers and their patients to arm them with real-time, personalized clinical intelligence. As a physician he’s particularly passionate about clinical excellence and streamlining processes for clinicians so they can focus more on their patients and have time for their personal lives. His clinical expertise is Maternal-Fetal Medicine and his medical degree is from Hadassah Medical School
Sonia is President and Co-Founder of healthPrecision and the Medical Brain. She is a successful entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience building and leading healthcare technology companies, with a portfolio that includes PeriGen (formerly E&C Medical Intelligence), and medCPU. Both companies were pioneers in changing the experience of clinicians and their patients by providing advanced clinical decision support solutions to hundreds of hospitals and their providers, driving quality, cost and efficiency outcomes. She also co-founded Scientia Healthcare, a health tech fund for emerging technologies. Her passion for healthcare runs deep and her focus now with the Medical Brain is to make sure patients have a new type of experience with 24/7 access to care, anywhere and providers have the automation needed to succeed in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
Patty is the Chief Nursing Officer for healthPrecision, responsible for the Medical Brain nursing and clinical services. Her clinical expertise is critical care, cardiology and chronic care management and her focus with the Medical Brain is delivering real-time automated chronic care management to providers and their patients. She has worked with healthPrecision’s co-founders in previous companies and is a recognized leader in clinical decision-support for sepsis and critical care specialties. Patty joined the Medical Brain leadership team with a lifelong dedication to quality and safety in healthcare. With over 30 years of Nursing experience, she is an expert in clinical education, best-practice protocol development, program implementation and data-driven process improvement.
Lauren is responsible for strategic partnerships for healthPrecision. She has worked with healthPrecision’s co-founders in previous companies, as member of the Board for MedCPU and clinical advisor for PeriGen. She is an experienced health-tech entrepreneur and has served in roles that span hospital operations, nursing leadership, national health policy, and academics. Her prior positions include Director of Women’s Health and Faculty member, Penn Medicine and School of Nursing, University of Pennsylvania. She also served as Chief Nursing Officer, Tenet Health, and as a consultant with Ernst & Young in merger integrations. She has served as a clinical advisor to the US Congressional National Commission to Prevent Infant Mortality and internationally, as Chief Nursing Officer University Hospital, Dubai project with Harvard Medical, and as Policy Advisor for the UAE Minister of Health. She is a registered nurse; her Master’s and PhD are from the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew is Chief Technology Officer of healthPrecision, responsible for the Medical Brain’s technology design and execution. He brings his deep expertise and leadership skills to the Medical Brain with a passion for efficient design and execution as well as team leadership. He has a deep expertise in data analysis, machine learning and AI system design. He graduated from the Kiev National Polytechnic Institute and holds an MSc in Computer Engineering and MBA. He is also engaged in research in artificial intelligence.
Olena is the Chief Project Officer for healthPrecision, responsible for project management and coordination, project execution and project team leadership. Previously, Olena served in similar roles with international NGOs, managing projects across the US, EU, Israel, and Eastern Europe. Her passion and skills are focused on implementation of high impact projects which impact the lives of populations in the healthcare, education, and social sectors through sustainable transformation. Her education is in graphic design and fine arts; she also has a degree in Philology from Cherkasy National University.
Kip Adrian, M.D. FACEP is the Chief Medical Officer for healthPrecision. He is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and healthcare executive with extensive experience developing technology-based solutions focused on quality improvement, risk management and care integration with current and emerging payment models. Prior to joining healthPrecision, Dr. Adrian served as Regional Medical Director for Envision Physician Services, responsible for Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist programs across the Midwest. His medical degree is from Northwestern University, and Emergency Medicine training at The University of Chicago. He remains an active Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of practice.
Shobana is Chief Finance and Strategy Officer of healthPrecision and the Medical Brain. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, rising to the role of Executive Director on the Emerging Markets desk, where she focused on originating, structuring and syndicating corporate and sovereign financings in the emerging markets. At Goldman, she also spent one year working on the Doha Round negotiations of the World Trade Organization with focus on financial services liberalization. Later she served as Managing Director Standard Bank focused on bespoke financing in Sub-Saharan Africa. Shobana has focused the past ten years on impact investing and strategic advisory services. She is also the founder and partner of an impact fund primarily focused on the biotech sector as it relates to alternatives for the textile industry. Shobana is a fellow of the Aspen Institute Global Leaders Initiative.
Marshall Mayer is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at HealthPrecision and the Medical Brain, where he leverages his extensive experience in finance, operations, and analytics. His background includes impactful roles at Credit Agricole and the fintech unicorn DailyPay, where he honed his expertise in both debt and equity capital markets as well as in operational efficiency. Outside the office, Marshall is deeply committed to humanitarian efforts, founding a nonprofit that provides aid to nearly 250,000 victims of war in Ukraine.
Johnathon Pasley is the Sr. Director of Technical Services at Health Precision, where he excels in spearheading implementations, application support, and partner engagements. His role is pivotal in enhancing Health Precision’s technical service landscape, ensuring top-tier support and seamless integrations for a diverse clientele. With a distinguished background in professional services, particularly in dynamic sectors such as healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, and AI, Johnathon’s leadership is characterized by strategic vision and a deep commitment to operational excellence. His ability to drive process improvements, coupled with a talent for nurturing high-performing teams, aligns with Health Precision’s mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Oksana is the Director of Medical Engineering for healthPrecision. In her role she is responsible for overseeing the Medical Brain’s medical engineering and related operational functions. She is an expert in medical engineering and AI. She is focused on combining her deep understanding of both medical engineering and clinical practice in designing the Medical Brain’s functionality. This combined perspective means she and her teams provide actionable intelligence to patients and providers so they can achieve sustainable excellence and clinical outcomes. Oksana is a physician with a specialty in neonatology and pediatric critical care. Her medical degree is from Lviv National Medical University.
‘Olha Shulhan is the Director of Medical Quality Assurance for healthPrecision. In her role, she oversees all QA activities related to the Medical Brain. Olha is passionate about leveraging advanced technology to drive sustainable quality excellence throughout healthcare and is leading her teams and working with clients to bring this vision alive. She has worked with international organizations in Quality Assurance roles through leadership, education, and policy related roles. She is a physician as well as an expert in quality analytics and systems improvement. She combines both to bring insights to the clinical practice setting and to the point of care. Her medical degree is from Lviv National Medical University in 2007.

Ned is the former Managing Principal of GTCR, a leading private equity firm managing approximately $15 billion in total capital. He was also co-head of GTCR’s healthcare group. He previously served as a Managing Director of William Blair Capital Partners. He currently serves on multiple boards including Alcyone Therapeutics, ArthroMeda, C3 HealthcareRx, and Blinker. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB, cum laude, from Princeton University.
Dr. Ninfa Saunders is an experienced health care executive having served as a top executive for several health systems. She is formerly the President and CEO of Navicent Health, where she transformed the hospital into a regional referral center through acquisitions, partnerships, new service lines and a strategic alliance with 30+ hospitals. In her role, she orchestrated a merger with Atrium Health placing Navicent in a strategic position for the health system. Previously, she served as President and COO of Virtua Health; with her leadership the organization became the largest system in South Jersey.
Throughout her career, Ninfa has been recognized for her exceptional leadership, including Modern Healthcare’s “Top 25 Women Leaders in the US” and “Top 25 Minority Leaders in Healthcare.” In 2020, she was honored with the American Hospital Association’s “Board of Trustees Award” for her work as past chair of its Institute for Diversity.
Since retiring from Navicent Health in 2020, Ninfa has been focused on corporate board service. Currently, she serves as healthPrecision’s Vice Chairperson and sits on the boards of T2 Biosystems, a publicly traded diagnostic laboratory company, Avia, a private digital transformation enterprise; and Laudio, a privately held tech start-up that develops employee engagement solutions. Her non-profit board affiliations include CVS/Aetna’s Health Advisory Board and Jefferson Health’s President’s Leadership Council.
Ninfa’s dual background as a CEO and COO informs her ability to formulate and execute innovative strategies, as well as pivot business models to meet changing economic conditions. She is passionate about leveraging her broad expertise to help corporate boards define “smart growth” strategies that are profitable, sustainable and add shareholder value.
Dr. Saunders completed her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at the Medical University of South Carolina. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. Her Bachelors of Science in Nursing is from Concordia College in Manila, Philippines.
Paul is the former President of Paine Webber Group, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Northwell Health, and previously served as Chairman, Lenox Hill Hospital. He is well known for his deep knowledge in healthcare and finance. He is an experienced board member having served as director of ZAIS Group Holdings, Guardian Life Insurance, Community & Southern Holdings, He previously served as chairman of Fordham University and the New York Philharmonic. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and BA from Fordham University
