How does it work?
Your provider selects the devices for your remote monitoring and you are enrolled either in-person; during virtual appointments, or via a phone call.
If you are new to the Medical Brain, you will receive a link via SMS to download the app.
Our Medical Brain Client Success team will contact you to help you get started.
You will receive your new device(s) within days.
Our Medical Brain Client Success team will contact you within two days of receiving your device(s) to guide you through their setup and show you the main features of the Medical Brain app.
To learn now about the setup process you will do with our team, tap on the “Back” yellow button (at the bottom of this page), and select section 4 “Device quick start guides” from the main menu.
On a daily basis, simply take your readings by:
1) Opening the app
2) Using your device
3) Confirming your measurement
All measurements are logged under “My Data” > “Measurements” > “History.”
Your provider can see your measurements via their dashboard to track your health status.
You can communicate via text about anything regarding your health. The Medical Brain will understand and respond to you.
Medical Brain and your dedicated Medical Brain care team are there for you 24/7, making sure any health issues are identified and managed quickly.
