How does it work?
Your provider enrolls you either via in-person or virtual appointments and selects the devices for your remote monitoring.
You download the Medical Brain app and get started by viewing the RPM guide and confirming your devices.
Your receive your new device(s) within days.
Once received, you can begin connecting and taking your first reading immediately.

Simply take your readings and communicate via text. The Medical Brain will understand you.
Medical Brain and your dedicated Medical Brain care team are there for you 24/7, making sure any health issues are identified and managed quickly.
