Eyal is CEO and Co-Founder of healthPrecision and the Medical Brain. This is his third company leveraging proprietary high-precision clinical decision support and clinical automation to positively transform health care. Along with co-founder Sonia Ben Yehuda, Eyal co-founded 2 previous companies: medCPU and PeriGen, formerly E&C Medical Intelligence. Both were successfully used by hundreds of hospitals and their providers to meaningfully improve outcomes, reduce costs of care and improve provider experiences. With the Medical Brain, Dr. Ephrat continues his mission to build a high-precision cockpit for providers and their patients to arm them with real-time, personalized clinical intelligence. As a physician he’s particularly passionate about clinical excellence and streamlining processes for clinicians so they can focus more on their patients and have time for their personal lives. His clinical expertise is Maternal-Fetal Medicine and his medical degree is from Hadassah Medical School

Sonia Ben-Yehuda

Sonia is President and Co-Founder of healthPrecision and the Medical Brain. She is a successful entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience building and leading healthcare technology companies, with a portfolio that includes PeriGen (formerly E&C Medical Intelligence), and medCPU. Both companies were pioneers in changing the experience of clinicians and their patients by providing advanced clinical decision support solutions to hundreds of hospitals and their providers, driving quality, cost and efficiency outcomes. She also co-founded Scientia Healthcare, a health tech fund for emerging technologies. Her passion for healthcare runs deep and her focus now with the Medical Brain is to make sure patients have a new type of experience with 24/7 access to care, anywhere and providers have the automation needed to succeed in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.

Avin Joshi

Avin Joshi

Avin is the COO of Health Precision and the Medical Brain. He oversees strategic technology, operations, and other initiatives at the company. Over 25+ years, Avin has founded, led and exited multiple companies in the health tech and broader tech sectors. Prior to joining the Medical Brain team, he was the CEO of LARA AR, an Augmented Reality technology company with operations and customers in the US and Europe. Avin was also the co-founder, COO and CTO of Etransmedia Technology, one of the largest providers of healthcare technology solutions in the U.S. He serves and has previously served on the boards of multiple for-profit and non-profit organizations. Through the years, Avin’s focus areas have been strategic growth and scaling, AI and contemporary technology; strategic partnerships, M&As, and, investments; and raising capital. Avin has multiple graduate degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Patty Cormack MSN, BSN, RN

Patty Cormack MSN, BSN, RN

Patty is the Chief Nursing Officer for healthPrecision, responsible for the Medical Brain nursing and clinical services. Her clinical expertise is critical care, cardiology and chronic care management and her focus with the Medical Brain is delivering real-time automated chronic care management to providers and their patients. She has worked with healthPrecision’s co-founders in previous companies and is a recognized leader in clinical decision-support for sepsis and critical care specialties. Patty joined the Medical Brain leadership team with a lifelong dedication to quality and safety in healthcare. With over 30 years of Nursing experience, she is an expert in clinical education, best-practice protocol development, program implementation and data-driven process improvement.

 

 

 

Lauren Arnold, PhD RN

Lauren Arnold, PhD RN

Lauren is responsible for strategic partnerships for healthPrecision. She has worked with healthPrecision’s co-founders in previous companies, as member of the Board for MedCPU and clinical advisor for PeriGen. She is an experienced health-tech entrepreneur and has served in roles that span hospital operations, nursing leadership, national health policy, and academics. Her prior positions include Director of Women’s Health and Faculty member, Penn Medicine and School of Nursing, University of Pennsylvania. She also served as Chief Nursing Officer, Tenet Health, and as a consultant with Ernst & Young in merger integrations. She has served as a clinical advisor to the US Congressional National Commission to Prevent Infant Mortality and internationally, as Chief Nursing Officer University Hospital, Dubai project with Harvard Medical, and as Policy Advisor for the UAE Minister of Health. She is a registered nurse; her Master’s and PhD are from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andriy Lishchytovych, MBA

Andrew is Chief Technology Officer of healthPrecision, responsible for the Medical Brain’s technology design and execution. He brings his deep expertise and leadership skills to the Medical Brain with a passion for efficient design and execution as well as team leadership. He has a deep expertise in data analysis, machine learning and AI system design. He graduated from the Kiev National Polytechnic Institute and holds an MSc in Computer Engineering and MBA. He is also engaged in research in artificial intelligence.

Olena Pysina

Olena Pysina

Olena is the Chief Project Officer for healthPrecision, responsible for project management and coordination, project execution and project team leadership. Previously, Olena served in similar roles with international NGOs, managing projects across the US, EU, Israel, and Eastern Europe. Her passion and skills are focused on implementation of high impact projects which impact the lives of populations in the healthcare, education, and social sectors through sustainable transformation. Her education is in graphic design and fine arts; she also has a degree in Philology from Cherkasy National University.

 

Kip Adrian, M.D. FACEP

Kip Adrian, M.D. FACEP

Kip Adrian, M.D. FACEP is the Chief Medical Officer for healthPrecision. He is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and healthcare executive with extensive experience developing technology-based solutions focused on quality improvement, risk management and care integration with current and emerging payment models. Prior to joining healthPrecision, Dr. Adrian served as Regional Medical Director for Envision Physician Services, responsible for Emergency Medicine and Hospitalist programs across the Midwest. His medical degree is from Northwestern University, and Emergency Medicine training at The University of Chicago. He remains an active Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of practice.
